babygirl's appointment was supposed to be at 7pm but she was late for 15 minutes.

babygirl keep on shouting inside the room like a mad lady saying that i'm doing for her the extraction too pain and i have to hush hush babygirl.

plus, i also have the hard time to do her facial cause she was being a fussy client which cannot touch a bit which if touch a bit will shout ouch ouch!
